BetDEX is building a next generation sports betting protocol, one that is decentralized and will form the backbone of future sports betting products.
As the community manager at BetDEX you will be joining a team of empathetic, intelligent and highly ambitious individuals focused on building the premiere customer community and customer experience in sports betting. You will likely share our teams’ passion for building awesome consumer products and love working directly with customers to understand their needs.
We are looking for people who would relish being part of an early-stage startup, who would enjoy the thrill of creating exciting new products - while also contributing to our team dynamic. We are a tight team and need the right people to grow BetDEX into the platform we envision.
You will be responsible for creating, cultivating and managing a vibrant community of interested users of the BetDEX protocol. We are building a decentralized protocol which will eventually be owned by the community. It is imperative that we develop a brand that truly engages with its customers and earns the trust of the community.
Your responsibilities will include (although not limited to):
○ Manage all social media channels including Twitter and Discord
○ Work in conjunction with leadership to develop the BetDEX brand
○ Ensure consistent communication across all channels
○ Develop a community where interested users are excited to contribute on a regular basis and tell others about BetDEX
○ Listen to and relay feedback/ideas from interested users to relevant stakeholders
Some of the skills / qualifications you may have:
○ 2+ years of experience
○ Interested in sports betting, web3 products and the power of the blockchain
○ Prior experience in creating, cultivating and managing vibrant communities
○ Genuinely passionate and excited about the opportunity to interact with interested users day in and out
○ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
○ Passion to revolutionize a large but staid industry
