BetDEX is building the global infrastructure for the future of sports betting. By building the protocol on which a decentralised sports betting ecosystem can thrive, we aim to revolutionise the sports betting experience for everyone ranging from the average sports fan to sophisticated professionals.
The BetDEX protocol will enable a myriad of sports betting experiences by providing the underlying infrastructure on which these applications are built. The BetDEX exchange will be the first application built on this protocol, a sports betting operator initially focused on international markets.
We are looking for people who would relish being part of an early-stage startup, who would enjoy the thrill of creating exciting new products - while also contributing positively to our team dynamic. We are passionate about creating an inclusive culture and need the right people to grow BetDEX into the platform and company we envision.
As a key member of the BetDEX Product team, you will be responsible for designing the UI / UX that will allow users to create, view and match bets on the BetDEX exchange.
Some of the things you'll do:
o Build an open source design system which sets the standard for Web3
o Design user experiences that simplify complexity
o Understand user behaviour and implement changes based on feedback
o Collaborate with UX team to develop personas, user profiles and A/B test scenarios
Some of the experience you'll already have:
o Experience working in a product driven technology company
o Experience building product experiences from scratch
o Great with Figma - we use it for everything
o Ability to execute designs on complicated user tasks and interactions
o Ability to run design workshops, carding up user-stories and defining personas etc
o interest in Blockchain and web3 in general.
